Our PLY van lining kits for SWB VW Transporter  are CNC-cut from 3.6mm PLY board, ensuring a clean, accurate fit for your van interior. Designed to follow the OEM factory shape.  The rear panels are FULL HEIGHT and go right down to the floor behind the wheel arch.  OEM panels are short in this position.

Each section is pre-drilled with 12mm holes to align with your van’s original clip points, making installation quick and straightforward.

Wash/Wipe Cut-Out Option: The standard Tailgate panel has a cut out for a wash wipe motor.  If you require no cut out for the motor, please request this in the ‘Order notes (optional)‘ section at checkout

Please note: These van ply panels ideally require longer fitting clips (available in the drop down) or seperately in our other shop listings. OEM-style clips are tight depending on carpet used. You will be sent the correct quantity for the number of panels chosen.

Please note: these panels are supplied as a bare ply kit only – you’ll need to carpet or suede line them yourself. Trim materials and adhesives are available separately in our shop.

We provide either 3.6mm or 5.5mm panels based on current stock and your choice of clips. Please note that 5.5mm panels are compatible with our longer clips; however, if you require hidden clips, we will exclusively supply 3.6mm panels.
