Why Choose Phenolic HEX Plywood?
Phenolic plywood is a high-performance material built to handle demanding everyday use. Manufactured by bonding multiple layers of wood veneer with a tough phenolic resin, it offers superior resistance to moisture, chemicals, and heavy wear. Far stronger and more durable than standard ply, our HEX ply flooring features a textured, non-slip surface, making it the go-to choice for transport, industrial use, and rugged camper builds where longevity matters most.
Important Fitment & Product Notes
-
Bulkhead Compatibility: These floors are designed specifically for non-bulkhead vans. If your vehicle currently has a factory bulkhead fitted, please note that you will need to slightly trim the front edge of the floor for a perfect fit.
