VW T7 & New Transit Custom Floor PLY LWB

Our PLY floors for the VW T7 and New Ford Transit Custom LWB (Twin Sliding Door) are CNC-cut from heavy-duty 12mm BEECH PLY board, giving you a clean, precise fit that follows the OEM factory floor shape perfectly.

Each panel is carefully profiled for a professional finish, featuring chamfered edges in all critical areas to ensure it fits seamlessly without clashing against the van’s angled body sections.

Our beech plywood is exceptionally strong and ideal for high-wear flooring applications. Supplied as a bare ply kit, it provides the perfect foundation to finish with carpet, industrial-grade vinyl, rubber, or your choice of floor covering.

• Note: Supplied as a bare ply kit – carpet, rubber, or vinyl covering is not included.

• Compatibility Note: These floors are modeled on factory OEM dimensions and sit directly on top of the existing step. They are not designed to be used with aftermarket rear threshold plastics. (Future designs will accommodate rear thresholds and side steps).
