VW Transporter SWB HEX Ply Van Lining Kits Upgrade your interior with our premium 6.5mm RIGA HEX board lining kits. CNC-cut with a Birch core for a precision fit, these panels are designed to follow the exact OEM factory contours for a superior, professional finish.
Each section is pre-drilled with 12mm holes to align with your van’s original clip points, making installation quick and straightforward.
The lock section will be rebated to allow the factory electric switch to fit
Please note: The OEM Pull Strap will not fit directly due to panel thickness. The rear plastic clip needs to be trimmed by around 3mm to fit correctly. See the image — the red section should be cut off along the manufacturing mark. ⚠️ Caution: don’t remove too much material. If unsure, trim a small amount first, test the fit, and recut as needed for a snug finish.
Wash/Wipe Cut-Out Option: This version includes a cut-out to fit around the wash/wipe motor. No Cut-Out: This option has a flat top panel with no cut-out for the wash/wipe motor.
Please note: These van ply panels require longer fitting clips (available as an option above) or seperately in our other shop listings. Hidden clips and OEM-style clips are too short.
