INSULATION, DEADENING AND LINING

We take a layered approach to lining your van for maximum comfort and style. First, we apply high-quality sound-deadening mats to reduce road noise and rattles. Next comes thermal insulation to help keep the van warm in winter and cool in summer. We then finish with a clean, professional lining using premium 4-way stretch carpet or suede, perfectly moulded to every curve and corner. The result? A quieter, cosier, and sleeker interior ready for adventure. All the materials shown below are available to buy in our shop.

Ply Lining

Ply lining forms the foundation of a quality van finish. We can either reuse your original OEM panels or upgrade them with durable 3.6mm ply. Ply is tougher and more resistant to moisture, making it ideal for long-term use. All our panels are CNC cut for a precise fit and secured using OEM-style fixing clips for a clean, professional look.

Carpet LIning

Our Super Stretch lining carpet is designed to mould effortlessly around the curves, corners, and contours of your van, giving a smooth, professional finish. For installation, we use a specialist compressor and canister-fed high-temperature adhesive system to ensure long-lasting results. Every panel is thoroughly degreased and keyed beforehand to create the perfect surface for bonding, helping the carpet grip securely and stay looking great for years to come.

Suede Line

Our SuedeX is a premium lining option available in both backed and non-backed versions, offering a luxury finish with a soft, tactile feel. We use the backed version on headlinings to add a plush, cushioned effect, while the non-backed suede is perfect for detailed areas like our Halo roofs, where flexibility and precision are key. Just like with our carpet installs, we prep all surfaces by degreasing and keying them, then apply using a high-temp canister adhesive system for a clean, durable finish.
