The floor is the foundation of your van, providing maximum strength and support for any build — whether it’s a full camper conversion, a Kombi, or a work van. It needs to be precise, solid, and built to last. All of our floors, in both standard ply and HEX, are CNC cut for perfect accuracy. We include packer pieces to level out the floor ridges, securing everything down with adhesive for a rock-solid finish. Our standard ply floors are 12mm thick, while HEX floors are 15mm.
