Give your van a premium upgrade with our precision-cut single-piece BIRCH roof panel. CNC machined for perfect fitment, each panel is pre-drilled to align with factory  fixing points—making installation simple (*See below). Just add your choice of  LINING MATERIAL and LED SPOTLIGHTS to complete the look.

Made from sustainably sourced, high-quality BIRCH plywood, these kits are built to last and come highly rated by both trade and retail customers.

  ADD LINING MATERIAL    ADD SPOTLIGHTS

• Panels (5.5mm thick), engraved 2mm deep
• Panel Clips required: SWB x 26, LWB x 28 – ADD HERE

Spotlight hole sizes & layout:

• SWB: 6 x 55mm spotlight holes

• LWB: 8 x 55mm spotlight holes

What’s Included:

• 1 x Single-Piece Roof Panel

Please note: These kits are supplied in plain wood. You’ll need to add your own suede or carpet lining and install your chosen lights.

Please note: We drill only two holes per spar to attach it across the roof spars. Although OEM roofs have four holes, we have found that two per spar is sufficient.
