Our CNC-cut, single seat base HEX panels are made specifically for VW Transporter T5–T6.1 SWB models, delivering a factory-precision fit every time. Each panel is cut from 15mm HEX ply.

Phenolic plywood – or phenolic ply – is a tough, high-performance material built to handle demanding environments. Made by bonding multiple layers of wood veneer with phenolic resin, it offers excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, and heavy wear.
Stronger and more durable than standard ply, it’s a go-to choice for construction, transport, and industrial use where strength and longevity matter most.
Engraving:
If you’d like engraving, we can add custom text and/or a small logo. Just pick one of the four text style options and enter your wording in the box above — we’ll engrave it exactly as entered
- Please type your text EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your board. Check punctuation, spelling and capitalisation.
- PLACEMENT- Text location will be centered on the front pf the panel at the bottom, see last image. The logo will be placed above the text in the centre. If you have a specific layout needed, please let us know in the comment section at the checkout phase.
- Text Height – text is 20mm high and limited to 15 characters, while logos can be up to 100mm tall. Don’t forget to include any extra details in the Order notes (optional) section at checkout.
- Logo – If you’d like to include a logo, please email it to us in a suitable DXF or vector format. We’ll review it for compatibility and confirm via email.

How to Fit
These can be fitted in a variety of ways:
- By drilling a hole in the seat base and screwing through from the inside of the seat base.
- By using heavy duty velcro
- By using magnets
